Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of HandInLoop, operated by LESOFI LLP (registration no. LLP0010642-LGN, "HandInLoop", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
1. The service
HandInLoop extracts structured data from documents you submit using AI, routes low-confidence results to trained human reviewers, and returns validated data with an audit trail. Extraction is assistive: while we combine AI with human review to improve accuracy, we do not warrant that every result is error-free, and you remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for financial, legal, or compliance decisions.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity under it. One person or organisation per account unless we agree otherwise.
3. Acceptable use
You must have the right to submit the documents you upload and to have them processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. Do not submit documents you are not authorised to share.
4. Free tier, credits, and payment
We offer a free monthly allowance of documents. Beyond it, you may purchase credits. Prices and allowances are shown at the point of purchase and may change with notice. Credit purchases are final except as required by law.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the documents and data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service (including AI extraction and human review). We handle them as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability
We aim for a reliable service but provide it "as is" and "as available" during this early phase, without uptime guarantees. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, HandInLoop is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on an extraction result you did not verify. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. On termination, we handle your data as set out in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; we will post the new version here and update the date. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction, unless the law requires otherwise.
